Figure of the Month

The Al-Waref Institute recognizes Naser Khader as the Figure of the Month for September 2012. This distingueshed writer, politician and TV show host is a prominent international thinker and a great fighter of democracy and freedom for the Arab people.

Al Waref Institute for Humanitarian Studies in Washington D.C.is releasing the memorandum evaluatesthe case for humanitarian intervention in Syria under the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) doctrine and applicable international law.
