 | Press Release The Al Waref Institute for Humanitarian Studies, headquartered in Washington D.C., and the Human Rights First Society in Saudi Arabia have entered into partnership and cooperation under the leadership of Al Waref founder Marah Bukai and the Human Rights First Society president Ibrahim Al Mugaiteeb.

These organizations have agreed to work together in the areas of human rights and cultural exchange through the organization of seminars, regional meetings, and international conferences. Accordingly, Mr. Al Mugaiteeb will represent Al Waref Institute for Humanitarian Studies in any meeting or event on Human rights issues that could take place in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries as follows:
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Sultanate of Oman, Kingdom of Bahrain, and the State of Qatar.
